Search for and select SunCrypto.

Name your wallet
Enter a name in the Add Wallet Name field (e.g.

Click Connect SunCrypto
Under Direct Connect, click Connect SunCrypto. A 5-minute timer appears while KoinX syncs your full transaction history.
Done. Your SunCrypto spot trades, deposits, and withdrawals will sync automatically. Refresh after a few minutes if data does not appear immediately.

- Auto-sync - KoinX fetches new SunCrypto transactions each time you trigger a sync from the Integrations panel.
- If no transactions appear after 5 minutes, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration once.

Yes. The Trade Summary covers your trade history and the Crypto Report Download covers deposits and withdrawals. KoinX needs both files for a complete and accurate tax report. Uploading only one leaves gaps in your data.
How long does it take to receive SunCrypto report emails?

SunCrypto generates and emails your report files within 30 minutes of clicking Get Report. Check your Spam or Junk folder if they do not arrive. If still missing after 30 minutes, request them again from the Download Reports screen.

Wait 5 minutes and refresh KoinX. If trades still do not appear, disconnect and reconnect - go to KoinX -> Integrations -> SunCrypto -> Disconnect, then repeat the Direct Connect steps.

Check that both the Trade Summary and the Crypto Report Download were uploaded. If only one was uploaded, add the second file and re-submit. Also verify the export date range covers the full financial year.

Check your Spam or Junk folder. If not received within 30 minutes, log in to SunCrypto, go to Profile -> Download Reports, and request the report again. If the issue persists, contact SunCrypto support.

Re-download the original files from SunCrypto without opening or editing them. Upload the unmodified files directly to KoinX.

The date range selected during export did not match the year being filed. Re-export from SunCrypto with the correct financial year date range and upload the new files to KoinX.

Duplicates appear when the same file is uploaded more than once. Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the duplicate SunCrypto upload, and retain only one set of files per financial year.
